Sharon Osbourne has spoken out about her feelings following her sensational fallout with Sheryl Underwood.
The spat on live TV in March came after Sharon, 68, defended Piers Morgan’s comments about Meghan Markle.
Sharon clashed with the comedian who had suggested that the former X Factor judge’s defence of her pal could be seen as defending a racist.
The aftermath saw Sharon leave American chat show The Talk after 11 years and she has told Mail on Sunday the whole thing left her feeling “mentally beaten up”.
She described how she had received death threats against her and her beloved dogs, while her kids were also abused in the aftermath of the falling out.
The incidents left Sharon needing to enhance her home security but she insists the events haven’t scared her.
The presenter, who was one of the original members of The Talk, revealed that she’s not bothered by her exit from the show as she feels like she doesn’t fit the current set up.
However, she is angry at feeling she was set up.
She also confessed that she doesn’t want her legacy to be that she is racist.
“I mean, it’s insane,” she scoffed. “It’s just not true.”
She said what hurt her most about the situation was that she had felt attacked by someone she thought of as a friend.
She told of how Sheryl, who she now says is nothing more than a workmate, had broke her heart and admitted she felt huge anger because she thought Sheryl would back her up as not being a racist, but instead she attacked her.
Sharon also went on to blame the whole fiasco on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. She called them “two spoiled young people wanting to be victims”.
“What are you victims of?,” Ozzy Osbourne’s wife questioned when talking about the Duke and Duchess.
“You wanted your freedom. You’ve got it. Now what is the matter? What are you complaining about?”

She said that every family has its problems, but she doesn’t agree with Meghan raising comments about “future Queen” Kate upsetting her.
Revealing what’s next for her, she admitted that she is planning on writing a book and will continue to speak freely.
