The former Towie star, 40, has been on a major health kick in recent weeks, overhauling her diet and throwing herself into daily work outs.
Earlier this week, Gemma showed how she weighed every meal to avoid over-eating, but yesterday she admitted she’d allowed herself a rare treat by tucking into a McDonald’s feast.

“I don’t just [drop] people willy-nilly. But in this instance, if people are flagrantly disregarding it and say, ‘Don’t tell the coach.’
“Then they turn up on the Monday morning and say, ‘I did everything I was supposed to do, Scott. I’m really sorry, I gained weight,’ I say, ‘Look, that’s impossible.'”
Gemma has been showing off her weight loss online and even giving fans fitness tips.
She recently revealed her body shape is changing daily, and she urged all her fans to try and get more exercise.
In a post online, she explained: “Morning everyone. I just wanted to come on here with you. My body is literally changing by the day.
“I am so proud of my achievements but I wanted to come on here today just to say yes we can’t get to a gym and yes not everyone can get a trainer.
“That’s fine. If you can find steps whether it’s in your home or at a park, you can just do things with it.”
